Hose-in-hose is the simplest and most effective way to add heat to a diesel-to-vegetable oil conversion system. The HIH we offer is the best of the best - see the features list below. It is actually "Tube-in-hose" because it uses aluminum tubing as fuel line. This is much stronger and provides significantly better heat transfer than the plastic HIH fuel lines found in some commercial conversion kits. The HIH can be shortened to meet your needs by simply trimming the heater hose and aluminum tubing, and sliding the fittings further along the tube.

Hot Fox Heated Fuel Pickup
The Hot Fox, manufactured by Arctic Fox, is a coolant to fuel heat exchanger for use as a tank heater and heated fuel pickup. It is the most reliable, efficient, and heavy-duty heater you can buy for your fuel tank. The optional reinforcement kit provides support around the Hot Fox's mounting hole, and is recommended for tanks thinner than 0.1" thick aluminum (or 0.075" steel) and all plastic tanks.

Griffin Turbine Series Fuel Filters
Wish you had a Racor fuel filter for your vegetable oil, but don't want to pay the excessive prices for them? Griffin
fuel filters are made to similar specifications and exacting quality standards. What's more, their Microbloc filter
media is rated to 99.8% effectiveness at removing water from diesel fuel - even better than the Racors!
Griffin turbine series filters are the best you can get when it comes to filtering and removing water from vegetable
oil in one go. This is because fuel entering the filter undergoes centrifugal action in the bowl, which makes the filter
effective at removing emulsified water. It then passes through a Microbloc water-blocking filter element.
Widely available Racor filter elements will also fit Griffin filters. 2010 elements fits Griffin GTB228. 2020 element fits Griffin G1000.
Fittings must be purchased separately, and are available below (sold in pairs). All fittings are aluminum and adapt to male NPT threads.

Arctic Fox Trendsetter, Midranger, and Linehauler In-Line Heaters
The Trendsetter is another coolant to fuel heat exchanger from Arctic Fox. It is a reliable and effective way to heat your
fuel. Use it anywhere that extra heat is needed to keep your oil flowing smoothly. Its small size lets it fit in tight spaces.
The Midranger and Linehauler are useful where lots of heating power is needed. The Midranger is suitable as a final heat
exchanger for most cars and small pickup trucks. The Linehauler has about 20% more heating power and is useful for larger
vehicles with fuel circulation one gallon per minute and greater, or applications where premium heating is needed. Mounting
brackets are available.

Vegmatics Electric Inline Heater
Use this compact but powerful 12 volt electric heater before your injection pump to give your oil a final temperature boost before it
enters the engine. A flexible inner tube allows this heater to fit in tight spaces and even around corners. Available in different power
capacities to fit your needs. 170 and 250 watt heaters are excellent for smaller vehicles and for adding to systems that are already
well-heated. 335 watt heaters are useful for larger vehicles (over 60 gal/hour fuel circulation) and for use as systems' primary
heaters. All heaters are equipped with an internal temperature switch, and ship with a relay to operate the heater. Recommended for use with a looped return line.
